Even though gutters often go unnoticed, they actually work to protect your property. Properly operating gutters work to slow up the water racing down from the high point of your roofing that is attempting to flood your foundation and your landscaping, especially during heavy midwestern downpours. If your guttering is clogged up by leaves, branches, nests or anything that obstructs the flow, the water may run right over the top of the guttering and pour down onto your landscaping, lawn or even inside your home. It is very important that you have your gutters inspected and cleaned by a professional two or three times each year to avoid costly water damage.
Our professionals clear clogs, repair leaks and reattach gutters and downspouts where necessary. We will remove leaves, debris and dirt from your gutters ensuring that your gutters and downspouts will flow freely. Properly maintained gutters will also prevent sagging and breakage.
We scoop out leaves, dirt and debris by hand and with a gutter cleaning tool. We also use blowers to remove excess debris surrounding the gutters.
We tarp the area and dispose the debris in a yard waste container or remove it off-site. We are always careful to clean up afterwards and leave your grounds, walkways, parking lot, landscaping, etc., clean and debris free.
